Strategic Planning and Facilitation
Our team provides extensive facilitation skills and resources. This includes facilitation for community cafe style meetings, town hall meetings, and other community meetings. In addition we offer comprehensive strategic planning sessions including facilitation of group sessions and leadership meetings to develop three to five year plans to guide organizational efforts.
Logic model and measurement model development
Our team work with clients to build detailed logic models and measurement models which provide significant communication and planning tools. Through active engagement with key stakeholders, logic models which provide succinct visual representation of all components of the program or system and the anticipated outcomes are developed. In addition, we can provide training on utilizing these tools for regular project or system management.
Evaluation plan development
Engaging with clients and key stakeholders to develop detailed evaluation plans is one of the cornerstones of our services. Stakeholder engagement is key to a successful evaluation and establishing a detailed evaluation plan is the key first step. Our evaluation plans include both process and outcome evaluations. Our team will work with organizations on evaluation plans for funding submissions, as part of ongoing operations, or in response to received funding.
Process and Outcome Evaluation
With over 20 years of experience, our team has the capabilities and expertise to implement high quality comprehensive evaluations. Our approach emphasizes engagement with stakeholders and participatory evaluation. We have expertise in mixed methods designs, qualitative and quantitative methodology and analysis, and data visualization. Our expertise includes all aspects of evaluation from instrument selection and design, data collection and management, data analysis, and reporting (oral and written).
Through review of existing data, publicly available data, community surveys, focus groups, key stakeholder meetings, we work with clients to assist in determining project, community, or system needs and develop key recommendations for next steps.
